The Shamrock Israel Growth Fund investment criteria:

Transaction Type	Acquiring majority / significant protected minority positions in private / publicly traded companies
Investment Size	Typical equity investments in the range of $5 million to $20 million
Investment Stage	Generally established companies with positive cash flow, no pre-revenue companies
Industry Focus	Any industry with the exception of real-estate, early stage, weapons, tobacco, or gaming
Geographic Focus	Israeli and Israel related companies
