Prof. Haim Ben-Shahar
Advisory Board MemberProf. Ben-Shahar is the former President of Tel-Aviv University. He is the Chairman and CEO of Ben-Shahar Associates (BSA), an international economic and business consulting firm and Chairman of the Hammer Fund for Economic Cooperation in the Middle East.
During his career, Prof. Ben-Shahar has taken active roles in shaping Israel’s economy leading reforms and international cooperation policies. He was the Chairman of the Israeli government commission of tax reform, Chairman of the Israeli government expert Committee on the reorganization of the Israeli Investment Center and a member of the government commission on the new Bank of Israel Law (The Central Bank).
Prof. Ben-Shahar received his Ph.D. in Banking and Finance from New-York University and is a Professor Emeritus of Economics of the Tel-Aviv University.
